Care & Maintenance

For the exterior, use a non-caustic, bleach-free cleaning spray on dirty areas. Clean with warm soapy water and a sponge or non-abrasive dish cloth, then wipe dry with paper towels.

To clean the interior, allow the oven to burn off food debris or soot. At temperatures above 350˚C, the oven becomes self-cleaning, with burnt-on residue burning off after around three hours. Once cooled, use a soft brush to gently loosen any remaining debris, taking care not to apply excess pressure. Remove loose debris with a vacuum cleaner using a plastic attachment.
